Hauora Kotahitanga is a hub that connects Te Tai Tokerau (Northland) Iwi, Community, Government and non-government services and resources in one place.
We support Health Providers in Northland, our region stretches from south-east of Mangawhai across to the Kaipara Harbour and all the way up to New Zealand's northernmost tip, Cape Rēinga.
Providers on the Hauora Kotahitanga network will be given the oppurtunity to be listed on the very first Northland Health Directy and promoted in a number of online forums and printed materials. This service is Free of charge.
